Welcome to à jamais, your destination for handmade and bespoke jewellery. By accessing our website or purchasing a bespoke piece, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By visiting the à jamais website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the website, all offers made by à jamais (online or at the atelier), and all contracts concluded with à jamais.

The customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the general terms and conditions published on www.a-jamais.be prior to entering into any contract. This acceptance is made through electronic confirmation for online clients and by agreeing to the offer and making payment (or advance payment) for non-online clients. No deviations from these Terms will be accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.

1. General Information

A jamais is a Belgian jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted, custom-made jewellery. We design and create all pieces personally, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship. We offer a wide range of jewellery available for purchase online and provide in-person consultations for custom-made pieces at the atelier.

2. Product Information

All jewellery pieces are handmade, and each product is unique. Due to the nature of handcrafted designs, slight variations may occur between product images and the final item. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products, but colours and details may appear differently depending on screen settings.

3. Custom Orders

We offer bespoke jewellery design services. Custom orders require a consultation, either in person or via online communication. Upon agreement of the design, a deposit of 50% of the final amount is required. Custom orders are non-refundable once the creation process begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

The first appointment for custom-made jewellery is always free of charge. However, follow-up appointments (€60) will be charged if the customer decides not to purchase the jewellery designed or discussed during the first appointment. Once a design and its associated price offer are agreed upon, the customer places the order by paying 50% of the total price. The remaining 50% must be paid upon pickup or before shipping.

Prices for all items are listed in euros (€). All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Local clients may pick up their order at the atelier. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. We ship with our trusted courier, with insurance included. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and item availability. Custom orders will have longer processing times, which will be communicated during the design consultation.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our bespoke designs and handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate, including ring sizes, custom design details, and shipping addresses. A jamais is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, logos, and content associated with à jamais are the intellectual property of à jamais and are protected by copyright laws. Customers are not permitted to reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or in-person consultations will be used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and communicating about your jewellery needs. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

A jamais is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of jewellery. Customers should take care of their jewellery and follow the care instructions provided to maintain its condition.

11. Changes to Terms

A jamais reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium.
